Grant and Loan Program

The City of Riverside is actively promoting the redevelopment and revitalization of the business corridor. To accomplish this, the City has funded a Grant Revitalization program to facilitate the improvement, revitalization and remediation of blighting conditions within the area.

In general, the program is intended to improve building facades, roadside frontage improvements, streetscape or landscaping improvements, and to ensure that the improvements comply with the American with Disabilities Act.

A full overview of the program and application is available in the Document Center at upper right (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) or at City Hall. Please contact the Planning & Economic Development Department with any questions about this program at (816) 741-3993.
