Building Inspections

Inspections are required on all Building Permits. It shall be the duty of the permit holder to contact the City Building Official regarding inspections. The City of Riverside utilizes the 2003 International Building Code.

When pulling a permit, it is the responsibility of the individual to also schedule and secure an inspection. The City requests 24 hours notice to schedule an inspection.
