Riverside Resident Shows Support for American Widow Project

Starting on July 31, 2012, Riverside resident Terry Buller will embark on a 340 mile canoe/kayaking race on the Missouri River. This prestigious race starts at Kaw Point in Kansas City and ends all the way in St. Charles, MO. The MR340 is an endurance race, and participants are given only 88 hours to complete the course. What's even more impressive than participating in this race, however, is that Buller has agreed to donate any proceeds from this race to the American Widow Project.

The American Widow Project is a non-profit organization that helps support the widows of our heroic veterans who left their loved ones behind. The City of Riverside commends Buller for his determination to compete in such a prestigious race, as well as for his generosity and charity to the American Widow Project.
