2008 Senior Luncheon
On December 8, the Public Safety Department prepared and served lunch for more than 250 area seniors.
DPS Promotional Ceremony
On July 10, the Department of Public Safety held a promotional ceremony for three of its members. L. Michael Shelton was promoted to Operations Support Division Director, Fire Marshal Gordon Fowlston was promoted to Fire Division Chief and Public Safety Officer Trevor Ballard was promoted to Sergeant.
Fire Safety Open House
On October 11, the Riverside Fire Division hosted a Fire Safety Open House that featured fire truck tours, public education booths and a live burn demonstration.
