National Public Safety Telecommunications Week

This week is a special week in the emergency telecommunications industry where the “true first responders” are being recognized for their dedication and hard work. This week marks the annual National Public Safety Telecommunications Week. Our communications staff provides a vital link to the public safety services on which we have come to rely one every day.

The Riverside Public Safety Communications Staff will be honored throughout the week and will attend a celebration banquet that brings telecommunicators in the Kansas City Regional together for a night of fun and awards.
