Baseball Field Reservations
The baseball field at EH Young Park is may be reserved for team practices beginning in March. There are 15 practice slots available each year and reservations begin January 1 (or the first business day after) for Riverside residents and open up to anyone interested on February 1 (or the first business day after).
Available Practice Times:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday: 4 to 5 p.m. in March and 3 to 5 p.m. from April through the end of the season
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday: 5 to 6 p.m. in March and 5 to 5 p.m. from April through the end of the season
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday: 6 to 7 p.m. in March and 7 to 9 p.m. from April through the end of the season
Each team may reserve only one practice day. There are no scheduled practices on Saturdays and Sundays and the field is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Reservation Process:
- Reservation must be made in person at the Riverside Community Center, 4498 NW High Drive, Riverside, Mo.
- Each team will receive only one practice time per year.
- Once the reservation is received and processed, coaches will be issued a permit for their scheduled time. This permit must be on site while a team is practicing and easily accessible if City staff or Public Safety officials request to see it.
