Facility Rental
The City of Riverside has a variety of facilities designed to serve the residents of the City of Riverside and other non-residents as time allows, by providing public areas for use for private parties, meetings or other events, as well as activities open to the general public.
Facilities Available for Rental
Riverside Community Center -4498 NW High Drive
- Meetings Rooms - Two rooms each with a capacity of 35 people. The rooms may be reserved singly or in combination, with a separate rental fee per room.
- Multipurpose Area/Gym - With stage, can utilize bleachers for athletic seating or tables and chairs for banquet or meeting setting. Capacity is 350 people.
- Kitchen - Available for heating and serving meals only. May only be rented in conjunction with another space at the Community Center.
EH Young Park - 1001 NW Argosy Parkway
- Shelter Houses - Two large shelter houses, each with a capacity of 100 people. Each shelter house has a number of picnic tables and electrical outlets.
- Amphitheater - Large amphitheater with stage and grassy area for spectators.
Renner Brenner Park - 2901 NW Vivion Road
- Large Shelter House- Covered park shelter house with a capacity of 100 people. Facility features several picnic tables, a large grill and electrical outlets.
- Small Shelter - Covered shelter house with a capacity of 35 people. Facility features one picnic table, a small grill and electrical outlets.
Make a Reservation
Reservations for private functions are handled through the Riverside Community Center - (816) 741-4172. Current rental rates are included in the documents below. Reservations may be made up to 12 months in advance.
Special events (festivals, car shows, parades, runs, etc.) are coordinated through the Community Relations Division (816) 372-9023. Reservations may be made up to 18 months in advance. The special event policy is included in the documents below.
