If you or your attorney fail to appear for your virtual hearing or fail to respond when called by Judge, a warrant will be issued for your arrest if applicable.  Certain traffic violations may lead to a suspension or hold of your driving license(s) for non appearance.

Technology and Tips for Virtual Court Appearance:

You need internet access with a microphone and camera accessibility. 
Download the Webex app to attend virtual hearings. Follow the instructions that appear on your screen. 
When you join court, always mute yourself until it is your turn to speak. Make sure you have adequate lighting and be mindful of your background.
